Using our website

These terms apply to the Novastar Academy website at novastar.education. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

• We work to keep program details, schedules, and prices on this website accurate and current, but they can change. Our admissions team will confirm the details for your family before you enroll.
• The words, photos, logos, and designs on this website belong to Novastar Academy. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.
• Please use the website only for lawful purposes, and don’t try to disrupt it or access parts of it that aren’t public.
• Some links lead to other websites, such as our booking calendar and maps. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
• The website is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Novastar Academy is not liable for damages that come from using it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Text messaging terms

Program: Novastar Academy admissions texts, sent by Novastar Kids Co Inc. for the Novastar Academy programs. They cover your enrollment inquiry, confirmations and reminders for the calls and campus visits you book, and enrollment updates. Some texts are automated (for example, a reminder the day before your visit) and others are written by a member of our admissions team in reply to you.

How you sign up: only by ticking an optional texting box on one of our website forms that asks for a mobile number: the call-back request form at novastar.education/call-back, the “See your options” form, the form to book a call or campus visit, and the form to watch our “look inside” video. The box is separate from any other agreement, unchecked until you check it, and never required: we still call you back, show your options, book your time, and play the video if you leave it unticked. As soon as you sign up you receive one text confirming it. If you reply STOP and later reply START, your sign-up is restored.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• To stop: reply STOP to any text. You’ll get one text confirming it, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.
• For help: reply HELP, or contact us at school@kidsco.education or (303) 219-2018.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of enrolling or of buying any service.
• Please don’t use text messages for emergencies, and please tell us if your mobile number changes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
